You are still experiencing concussion symptoms and you are tired of it
The medical attention and guidance you have received so far has been ineffective
You need support from myself and my team and want to share your recovery with others who are on the same journey
You still have symptoms and are feeling frustrated, even hopeless. You want to take steps forward and start living again!!
Full RECOVERY is Possible!
You just need to know where to start
There are 5 main causes of persistent concussion symptoms. This module explains each one and helps you formulate a path to recovery!
In order to recover, mindset is essential. Recovery is difficult. Things get hard. In order to make strides forward in your recovery, it is important to assess how your thoughts, mood, behaviour, and perspectives affect your trajectory for recovery.. In this module, Registered Psychotherapist, Melinda Krynen Hill provides you practical tools and applications to set the stagefor recovery!
You are what you eat! This is true especially when it comes to brain injury thanks to a system called the Gut-Brain Axis. In this module Dr. Paul Hrkal, ND, breaks down how you can alter your diet to reduce inflammation, improve your sleep, and regulate your hormones.
One of the most important, and most underappreciated things that we can do to optimize our health, reduce our inflammation, and regulate our hormones is getting proper restorative sleep. Unfortunately, sleep is heavily affected after concussion injuries! This module will teach you how to naturally get your sleep back on track.
We are now learning that concussions can have a significant impact on your hormone levels. Hormones regulate almost every process in your body and when these are out of whack, the symptoms can be exactly the same as concussion! Low energy, mental fatigue, headaches, anxiety, etc. This module will cover the role that hormones and stress can play on your recovery and give you practical strategies for improving their balance!
Exercise is one of the best forms of treatment for persistent concussion symptoms…but it has to be done in a systematic way. Do too much and you can set yourself back. Don’t do enough and you can miss the therapeutic benefit. This module will teach you exactly how to safely build up your exercise tolerance without doing too much and setting yourself back.
This module explores the vestibular (balance) system and visual system and their symbiotic relationship. This module will help you figure out which system(s) is/are causing your dizziness and visual symptoms and provide practical strategies to work through these issues!
Every concussion also comes with a neck injury. The symptoms of neck injury and neck dysfunction are the exact same as a concussion. Often times, by fixing the neck, you can significantly improve, and even resolve, yourconcussion symptoms! We show you how to improve your neck mobility and stability in order to decrease your headaches and dizziness.
80% of patients are likely to make a significant recovery with the Concussion Fix course and your current healthcare treatment! Some will need to seek additional care but… What type of treatment do you need? What should you be looking for in a healthcare provider? We teach you what to look for and what to not waste your time (or money $) on!

You do not require a doctor or healthcare provider to oversee your progress through this course, however you should not engage in the activities within this course without first consulting with your doctor. This course is meant to provide general information and does not replace your healthcare provider.
Enrolment in this course does not constitute a doctor patient relationship between you and any of the instructors within this course. This course is meant for educational purposes only to provide an evidence-based approach and outline for a typical program of care. Certain patients have nuances to their individual situation that would not be possible for the clinicians to accurately assess in a virtual care platform.
Although screen sensitivity is a common symptom following concussion, there is no evidence to suggest that looking at screens is harmful to recovery or will cause any negative effect. We recommend reducing the brightness of your screen if need be or listening to the audio. The best option however is to gradually increase your screen viewing throughout the course as this is also a form of therapy!
This course also includes the Concussion Fix community and support group. You can keep access to the material for as long as you like for less than the cost of your daily coffee! This course is meant to be an encyclopedia; a reference to refer back to whenever you need!
No! This course is not meant to replace your healthcare providers, but rather to support your current care.
Yes! They are here to help! Unfortunately, due to medicolegal reasons, certain questions relating to your personal case cannot be answered by anyone other than your healthcare provider.
We have structured the program in a systematic order on purpose. We have done this because what many people think are their issues are actually not their issues. So we have structured the program with key foundational elements for recovery first, and each module builds off the previous one.We are also aware that many PCS issues are intertwined and patients may feel that their symptoms are related to one specific area, but in fact they can be interconnected in a way that requires a more comprehensive approach. So it is important to really approach your recovery from all angles!
