Science-Backed Tools to Help You Heal from Persistent Concussion Symptoms
If you’ve been dealing with concussion symptoms for weeks, months, or even years, you’re not alone. And more importantly, you’re not stuck.
Many people with lingering concussion symptoms are told to “rest and wait,” handed medications, or shuffled from specialist to specialist with no clear plan. But research shows: persistent symptoms are treatable with the right approach.
That’s where the Concussion Fix Program comes in.
Feel Like Yourself Again!
This isn’t another “just try this” program. It’s a proven step-by-step recovery system created by world-leading clinicians and researchers in concussion and PCS, nutrition, sleep, mental health, and rehabilitation.
Through short, easy-to-follow video modules, we’ll help you understand what’s happening in your brain and body, and show you exactly how to support healing in a step-by-step process that you can do in as little as 15 minutes per day.
What You’ll Learn:
- The Real Root Causes of persistent symptoms (and why your brain is NOT damaged!)
- How to Regulate Your Nervous System and get yourself out of fight-flight
- What to Eat & When to Move to support brain recovery, hormone balance, and the gut-brain axis
- Why Sleep & Stress play a huge role—and how to finally improve both
- How to Rebuild Your Confidence, Energy & Quality of Life
- How to Get Back to Exercise, Work, and all the things you love!
You’ll also gain access to:
- 🧠 Experienced Clinician-led video lessons which break things down in a simple step-by-step process
- 🛌 Sleep, nutrition, and exercise strategies
- 🫂 Private peer support community – you don’t have to go through this alone!
- 🧘♀️ Group classes for Tai Chi, Yoga, Breathwork, and more
Does It Actually Work?
Yes. Our data shows that members reduce their symptoms by an average of 50% within the first 3 weeks of joining the program. Members typically achieve full recovery within 3 to 6 months using evidence-based recovery strategies designed to help your brain and body heal; no matter how long it’s been.
Who This Is For:
- You’ve had concussion symptoms for longer than expected (anywhere from 4 weeks to 10 years or longer)

- You want a clear, hopeful, science-backed path forward
- You’re ready to take your recovery into your own hands—with expert support
- You’re ready to stop wasting time, energy, and money on stuff that doesn’t work

What is this “membership” I keep hearing?
I have the course, signed up fir the subscription, access to resources?
I signed up recently and am having difficulty attending any of the events. I wish I could get text reminders. When I click on the links after they’ve passed, I cannot view them. Feeling anxious. I don’t want to waste this money. I also never received the pamphlets included in me mbership. I am confused. .
Hi Linda – the program is not the live sessions! That is only a small part and we dont’ recommend even attending those until you have made some significant progress on the actual program – which can be found by clicking on “courses” then going to Concussion Fix 2.0. Just start working your way through the lessons and modules and implementing the strategies
This is for my son should he do blood work before everything? And what should the blood work check for?
Not yet…
Hi, iøm 34% through the Concussion Fix 1.0, would you recommend I start on the 2.0 instead, and what’s the difference? I can see it’s 12 vs 17 modules. Is it rerecording and updated knowledge?
As you’re so early in the program, I would recommend switching over to the new program. Melinda has really expanded a lot in her sections, an complete section dedicated for regulating the nervous system now. Dr. Hrkal also added a lot of great information in his section. The entire program really narrowed in on what is most important while also expanded on more strategies you can do at home. The first few modules may be a little repetitive if you just went through it in the original program, but worth it for the new program.
Where do I find resources?
Do I have to complete the course before I can access anything else?
