By selecting the box at checkout and purchasing the Concussion Fix program you hereby agree that you have read, understand, and agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Liability Waiver

By purchasing the Concussion Fix program, you otherwise known as the ‘Member’ acknowledge and agree that any information, instruction, or discussion within the Concussion Fix program is provided for educational purposes only and is not intended as a substitute for the advice provided by your physician or other healthcare professional.  The Member should not use the information provided on this website for diagnosing or treating a health problem or disease or prescribing any medication or other treatment.  The Member should always speak with his or her physician, or other healthcare professional, before taking any medication or nutritional, herbal, or homeopathic supplement, or adopting any treatment or rehabilitative exercise program for a health condition. The program will offer knowledge and skills to help The Member address the mental and physical health challenges that may arise following concussion.

The information herein is not a substitute for medical or psychological services. If you are suffering with mental health challenges, feel unable to cope or are at risk of harming yourself or others – please seek help from your medical provider, a regulated mental health clinician or visit your local hospital emergency room.   

If The Member has or suspects that they have a medical problem, they should promptly contact their healthcare provider.  Never disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking professional advice because of something you have heard in this program. 

The Member agrees and understands that any information provided in this program and the use of any products or services purchased by you because of this program does not create a doctor-patient relationship between The Member and any of the healthcare providers affiliated with this program. We do not recommend that you attempt any of the tests, maneuvers, or rehabilitative exercises shown in this program without seeking prior medical advice.

By agreeing to these terms, The Member hereby assumes all risks associated and hereby and forever discharges C. Marshall Chiropractic Professional Corporation and its owners, directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, assigns, legal representatives and successors along with all Concussion Fix instructors and facilitators from all manner of actions including any damage, loss or injury to person, and/or any financial loss or damages as a consequence of the members involvement in the Concussion Fix program.

2. Sharing of Personal Details

As part of this program some of your personal details such as your name may become available to other members within the program.  If you do not wish to share your real name or face, you may edit your name inside the program by visiting your profile and selecting “edit”.  All members are responsible for securing their own name, profile image, password and login credentials and Concussion Fix and C. Marshall Chiropractic Professional Corporation assume no responsibility for protecting the name, identity, or likeness of individual members.

As part of this program, the Concussion Fix hosts regular virtual meetings on Zoom and other platforms.  If members do not wish to appear on camera or share their real names, we encourage them to keep their camera turned off and edit their name.

3. Usage Terms

Program Access:  The Concussion Fix is a subscription-based service.  Access and Usage of the Concussion Fix platform is under the complete discretion of The Member.  Concussion Fix and C. Marshall Chiropractic Professional Corporation do not track Member access to the program.  Members can access the platform as often, or as little as they like.  How often a Member accesses the program or live Zoom sessions has no bearing on associated costs and Members are not entitled to refund or reimbursement if he or she chooses not to access the program on certain months.

Prohibited Acts and Right to Remove:  The Concussion Fix program does not condone the following actions on our platform.  We reserve the right to permanently remove any Member who violates these terms.  Members who are removed for violation of this policy will not be entitled to reimbursement or refund of any kind.

• Solicitation of business or promotion of products
• Acting aggressively in groups and insulting other members or staff
• Posting of negative commentary or personal information which could be triggering or offensive to other members (i.e., stories of violence, abuse, those of a sexual nature, etc.) 
• Hate speech

4. Payment Terms

The Concussion Fix is a subscription-based service.  There is an initial registration fee as well as a monthly recurring subscription fee which is charged on the same date each month until the Member cancels their subscription.

Members can cancel their subscription at any time (See Cancelation Policy below)

Monthly payments are collected automatically through our payment processing system. 

Concussion Fix does not hold or store Member credit card information.  All card information is held by our payment processor (Stripe: https://stripe.com/)

It is the responsibility of the Member to ensure that a valid credit card is available on their profile to maintain access to the Concussion Fix program.  If a card is unable to be appropriately charged (expired, insufficient funds, etc.), the system will suspend the Member’s access until a valid card is added to the Members profile.

5. Cancellation Policy & How to Cancel

Members can cancel their subscription to Concussion Fix at any time by visiting their profile and selecting “Billing” then “Subscriptions” and choosing to cancel.  If successful, the member should see their Subscription Status change from “Active” to “Pending Cancellation”.  A subscription status of Pending Cancellation indicates that the member still has access to the program until the current billing cycle ends; at which point they will not be charged, and they will also lose access to the Concussion Fix content and platform.

Members are responsible for cancelling their own account. Concussion Fix staff do not cancel subscriptions on behalf of members.

Cancelling your subscription does not entitle you to a refund (see Refund Policy below) – refunds must be requested separately via email to [email protected]

6. Refund Policy

Concussion Fix offers a full, 100% Money Back guarantee for all members within the first 14 days of the INITIAL PURCHASE under the following circumstances:

• The member has not completed more than 30% of the program.  For greater clarity, this means that the Member must not have started nor proceeded beyond the Concussion Fix diet modules (Called “Food for Thought”) in order to be eligible for a full refund.

• The initial purchase was not part of a discount sale in which 50% or more of the initial price was discounted

• The member requested the refund in writing via email addressed to [email protected]

All refund requests must be made via email to [email protected].  Simply cancelling your subscription does not grant a refund.

Concussion Fix does not provide refunds for any monthly subscription payments.  It is up to the Member to cancel their subscription prior to their next billing cycle if they wish to terminate their subscription.  If a member misses that deadline, no refunds will be granted.
